What is online banking?
- Online banking is a tool that allows you to conduct your banking online using any device with an Internet
When do I have access to use Online Banking?
- With online banking, you have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
What accounts will I be able to access through online banking?
- You can access your checking, savings, CDs or IRAs and loan accounts. You can also add external accounts, such as credit cards. Our online banking product is intended to give you as much access, security and versatility as possible.
How current is my banking information?
- You account information is updated every business day with new transactions that were posted to your account the previous business day and any transactions posting during the current business day.
How much account information can I view at once?
- They system will automatically show the current month's transactions and information. However, by selecting Custom Dates, you can view a wider range of history.
What formats can I download my transaction history in?
- Online banking supports downloads to QuickenTM or as a comma-delimited text file. Current export options are Excel (.csv), Quicken (.qfx), and QuickBooks (.qbo).
Can I schedule future transfers?
- Yes, you can schedule future and recurring transfers.
What happens if I forget my password?
- There is a forgotten password link on the Online Banking login page and on our app, or you can call one of our Customer Service Representatives and we will take you through the steps needed to get you back into the system immediately.

Credit Manager gives you the option to access your credit report, credit score, receive credit alerts, and includes a credit score simulator and debt analysis.

- this feature estimates how certain changes in your credit behavior may impact your credit score.
Credit Alerts
- Credit Monitoring keeps track of your credit health (credit report and credit related accounts) to help determine if someone is using your identity fraudulently and offers alerts when any new personal information or new credit activity occurs on your Equifax® credit report.
Debt Analysis
- Debt Analysis automatically captures and synchronizes the debt record listed in the credit report.
